The Waterboy is thrilled to announce that we have another Thursday Dinner coming in September! We absolutely love hosting these dinners, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to share this experience with you again.

Join us for a delectable four-course dinner crafted by Rick in celebration of our transition into fall, featuring a delicious menu inspired by his upcoming trip to Italy.

Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance (tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred at the coordination of the purchaser). Reservations can be made by clicking this link.

Here is the four-course menu we will be serving for Thursday Dinner:

Amuse-bouche:
Something Delicious to Whet Your Appetite

Salad of Seared Tuna, King Salmon & Sea Scallops:
Sweet Peppers, Almonds, Chopped Egg, Olives, Watercress, Caramelized Onion Vinaigrette

Tortelli of Roast Chicken, Mortadella, Reggiano & Greens:
Porcini Mushrooms, Cherry Tomato Conserva, Sage Butter

Mixed Grill of Pork Belly Porchetta & Sonoma Duck Sausage:
Autumn Squash, Garlicky Chard, Full Belly Farm New Potatoes, Gypsy Peppers, Salsa Verde

Millefoglie:
Puff Pastry Tart, Almond Pastry Cream, Local Apples, Love

$115 per person (INCLUDES GRATUITY)
