“Picnic Night” Thursday Dinner, 07/11/24

The Waterboy is thrilled to announce that we have another Thursday Dinner coming in July! We absolutely love hosting these dinners, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to share this experience with you again.

Come join us for a delectable four-course dinner crafted by Rick in celebration of summer, featuring a delicious picnic-inspired menu!

Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance (tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred at the coordination of the purchaser). Reservations can be made by clicking this link.

Here is the four-course menu we will be serving for Thursday Dinner:

Heirloom Tomato Salad: Cucumbers, Feta, Olives, Basil, Pickled Onion, Red Wine Vinaigrette

Chilled Sweet Corn Soup: Scallop-Maine Lobster Butter “Salsa,” Cilantro, Olive Oil

Buttermilk Fried Chicken & BBQ Pork Belly: French Potato Salad, Marinated Dwelley Farms Beans, Ratatouille, Rick’s Spicy BBQ Sauce

Peach & Blackberry Crisp: Lemon-Thyme Ice Cream

$110 per person (INCLUDES GRATUITY)

This is the only menu that will be available for this special night. In the spirit of good fun, no substitutions on this evening, please.
