Middle o’Winter Thursday Dinner, 02/29/24
The Waterboy is so happy to announce that we have another Thursday Dinner coming in February! We absolutely love hosting these dinners, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to share this experience with you again. Come join us for a delectable four-course dinner crafted by Rick in celebration of the winter season!
Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance (tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred at the coordination of the purchaser). Reservations can be made by clicking this link.
Below is the four-course menu we will be serving for Thursday Dinner:
Salad of Little Gems: Dungeness Crab, Baby Beets, Crunchy Breadcrumbs, Green Goddess Dressiing
Full Belly Farm Leek & Potato Soup: Crispy Fried Artichokes, Spring Garlic Butter
Quail a la “Coq au Vin”: Bacon, Mushrooms, Pearl Onions, Nantes Carrots, Red Wine, Buttered Egg Noodles
Meyer Lemon Cream Cake: Fresh Raspberries
$85 + tax and gratuity
