The Waterboy is pleased to announce that we have another Thursday Dinner coming in May! We absolutely love hosting these dinners, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to share this experience with you again.

Come join us for a delectable four-course dinner crafted by Rick in celebration of the ocean’s delights, featuring old school classics from the ’70s & ’80s!

Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance (tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred at the coordination of the purchaser). Reservations can be made by clicking this link.

Here is the four-course menu we will be serving for Thursday Dinner:

Coquilles Saint-Jacques: Sea Scallops, Mushrooms, Duchess Potatoes, White Wine Cream

Dungeness Crab & Prawn Louis: Cucumber, Avocado, Little Gems, Classic Garnishes, Louis Dressing

Salmon en Croûte: King Salmon, Braised Escarole, Puff Pastry, Spring Vegetable Bouquetière, Lobster Sauce Américaine

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake: Ginger Sabayon

$95 + tax and gratuity

This is the only menu that will be available for this special night. In the spirit of good fun, no substitutions on this evening, please.
