For this special evening, Rick has crafted a delicious multi-course menu inspired by the flavors and traditions of Rome. Our pairing option will return with selection of delightful wines from our friends at Kermit Lynch, handpicked to complement each course.

Thursday Dinner is a prix fixe event at The Waterboy featuring a multi-course menu to be enjoyed by all guests who are dining with us that evening.
