One of the things we value most at The Waterboy is our relationship with our farmers. Without them, we could not do what we do. Our October Thursday dinner will highlight one of our earliest relationships, Full Belly Farm. Rick met Judith at the downtown farmer’s market in 1997, and within a few years, they were our main supplier. Dedicated to organic and sustainable practices, their product reflects the richness of the people who work the land.
