He will demonstrate how to make some of our most popular salads from The Waterboy & OneSpeed: Waterboy Caesar; OneSpeed Smoked Trout; Beet & Potato Salad; Asparagus & Prosciutto Salad; and more!
Lunch will be served after the demonstration (Noon to 1 pm) and is included in the ticket price. This is a demonstration only class.
