Who are we to disagree with the great Julia? While we may not have followed her recipe exactly this time, we couldn’t agree more with her sentiment. Join us Thursday, June 8th, for our “Spring Chicken” dinner when we’ll test her theory with a four-course meal featuring local, farm fresh chicken and eggs.
