We'll begin by making a classic chicken stock followed by 4 soups...all from past Waterboy menus: Carrot-Fennel, Potato-Leek, Bean with Smoked Ham, Cream of Tomato & Chicken & Rice.
April 20 - POTATOES, GNOCCHI & RISOTTO
Learn all the classics from our repetoire - Potato Gratin, Potato Puree, Crisp Potato Cake, Potato Gnocchi and a delicious simple Risotto ala Milanese.
May 11 - PICNIC FOOD
Just in time for all the great weather ahead of us....join Rick for a repeat of one of our most popular classes. Simple delicious recipes for your next picnic, camp-out or pot luck.
