Learn how to properly prepare a variety of tasty dishes. We'll teach pan searing, poaching, sauteeing, etc. Plus throw in some information on storing, safety, and where to procure great fish. Learn a delicious Cioppino recipe just in time for Christmas.

We'll cover all the great sauces we feature here at The Waterboy. Stocks, Demi Glace, Hollandaise, Butter and Tomato Sauce. Also Aioli, Salsa Verde and Compound Butters.
